The PVC Belt Conveyor can be made in Aluminum/steel/stainless steel frame. Different from heavy duty PVK belt conveyor, this conveyor is designed to transport medium weight cargos of 1-50KGS.White or blue food grade PU belt is also available.

How to customize your conveyor?

1. Body length, bandwidth, body height (low-end and high-end, fixed or adjustable).
2. The material (PVP/PU ) and thickness of the belt.
3. Belt speed (how many meters per minute), weight of the whole machine, base (foot cup and foot pad).
4. Profiles (aluminum profiles and steel square tubes) and motor power are small.
5. Auxiliary equipment: workbench, lamp stand, cooling fan, guardrail, funnel, etc.
